2. How contact works

When you click the email link or copy the email address from the site, your message does not pass through any server on our site. You write directly in your email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and send the message. The data (name, email, message) goes directly to the data controller's email inbox. The email provider (e.g., Gmail) processes the data according to their terms, not ours.

3. Data you share

If you choose to contact me, the data you enter in the email message is:

  • Email address (automatically provided by your client)
  • Name and other data you choose to write in the message
  • Message content

4. Purpose and retention

Messages received via email are used only to respond to your requests. Messages are retained in the data controller's email inbox for a period necessary to manage correspondence, according to the email inbox's retention times. No transfer to third-party services for form management, CRM, or marketing automation.

5. Sensitive data (health)

If your email contains health information (clinical data, diagnoses, treatments), this should not be sent via unencrypted email. If you need to share sensitive information, write a generic first email and in the response you can arrange a secure channel for details.

6. Cookies and tracking

The site does not use profiling cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts. Fonts are self-hosted. There is no tracking of your browsing.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of your data. I will respond within 30 days.
